Travel CT Technologist (CT/X-Ray) – Days | 13-Week Contract | Columbus, OH
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Travel CT Technologist (ARRT Certified) for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level I Trauma Center in Columbus, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care environment while utilizing advanced imaging technology.
Position Details:
- Position: Travel CT Technologist (CT & X-Ray)
- Location: Columbus, OH 43215
- Facility: Level I Trauma Center
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Days – 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Schedule: Every other weekend required
- Call: One weekend of call and holidays as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and general X-ray imaging procedures.
- Operate GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon CT equipment.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during imaging exams.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to provide timely diagnostic imaging.
- Follow all hospital protocols and radiation safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Minimum Qualifications:
- ARRT (R) and CT certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- Active Ohio State Radiologic License (pending license accepted).
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of CT experience (candidates with Level I or Level II Trauma experience may be considered with less experience).
- Experience in a large hospital or Level I/II Trauma Center preferred.
- Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon CT scanners preferred.
Travel Requirement:
- Traveler's permanent residence must be more than 100 miles from Columbus, OH 43215 to qualify for this travel assignment.
