Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of Talent Acquisition work experience in Talent Acquisition.
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition implementing talent and sourcing strategies that strengthen diverse candidate pipelines, optimizing recruiting tools to ensure accurate tracking of hiring activities, and making recommendations as appropriate.
- Ability to manage client relationships, offer consultative guidance, and collaborate effectively in a large team environment.
- Expertise in candidate research, market insights, and advanced sourcing techniques, including hands-on experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for talent identification and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiatives and build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, required.
- Demonstrated personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and automation platforms to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency.
