About DAV Production
DAV Production is the live event production division of Digital Art Video, a New York-based video production company established in 1991.
We provide professional live event production, AV support, multi-camera video production, livestreaming, LED wall support, stage production, and on-site content capture for corporate events, conferences, concerts, cultural events, nonprofit events, and business functions.
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to help us connect with organizations that need professional live event production support.
Position Overview
This is a part-time, performance-driven sales role focused on lead generation, outreach, appointment setting, and client follow-up.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable reaching out to event planners, corporate clients, venues, agencies, schools, nonprofits, cultural organizations, and businesses that host live events.
Experience selling live event services, AV services, video production, marketing services, or other professional B2B services is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify qualified event production leads
- Contact potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other B2B outreach methods
- Introduce DAV Production’s live event production, AV, livestreaming, multi-camera video, LED wall, and event support services
- Help book qualified discovery calls or sales appointments
- Track leads, outreach activity, follow-ups, and responses in a Google Sheet or CRM
- Follow up with prospects in a professional and organized way
- Provide regular updates on outreach progress, lead quality, and potential opportunities
- Work with our team to improve outreach messaging and targeting
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or SDR work
- Comfortable speaking with event planners, business owners, marketing teams, and decision-makers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Organized and able to track outreach clearly
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
- Experience selling live event production, AV services, video production, livestreaming, LED walls, stage production, marketing services, or professional services is a strong plus

Compensation
Pay range: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
This role may also include commission or performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and closed deals. Final compensation structure will be discussed based on experience, sales background, and results.
