This role combines client assessments, family education, lead follow-up, community outreach, and marketing initiatives to help families navigate important care decisions while supporting the continued growth of our agency.

Amada Senior Care provides non-medical in-home care, senior housing advising, long-term care insurance claim assistance, and dementia support services throughout Eastern Iowa. Position Summary
The Senior Care Navigator serves as a trusted resource for prospective clients and families. This individual conducts consultations and assessments, educates families about available services and resources, follows up with leads, supports marketing initiatives, and helps ensure a positive experience throughout the client journey.
During onboarding and training, this role will also assist with intake calls, after-hours phone coverage, and operational support to gain a strong understanding of agency operations and support.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Conduct in-home consultations and assessments with prospective clients and families
· Educate families regarding home care, dementia support, long-term care insurance, and available community resources
· Develop care recommendations based on client needs and goals
· Support families through care planning and decision-making
· Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources
Lead Management & Client Experience
· Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and families
· Conduct lead follow-up and nurture prospective clients through the decision-making process
· Track lead activity and maintain accurate documentation
· Collaborate with agency leadership to improve conversion and client satisfaction
· Help ensure a positive experience from initial inquiry through start of care
Marketing & Content Creation
· Create and schedule social media content
· Assist with video content, client stories, testimonials, and educational materials
· Support marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
· Assist with newsletters, email marketing, and community communications
· Help strengthen the agency’s online presence and reputation
Operational Support & Training
· Assist with intake calls and phone coverage during onboarding and training
· Learn agency operations, scheduling processes, and caregiver workflows
· Collaborate with leadership to support agency growth and operational excellence
· Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales, business development, fundraising, recruiting, admissions, or client acquisition goals
· Comfortable meeting with families in their homes
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Professional presentation and communication skills
· Experience with social media and content creation preferred
· Healthcare, home care, hospice, senior living, or client-facing experience strongly preferred
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
