About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and help shape several products across the Marketing360 platform.
This role will have a strong focus on the customer lifecycle, from generating a lead through paid advertising, to capturing and managing that lead in the CRM, to understanding which leads turn into good customers and using that information to improve future marketing.
The role also owns products and integrations across areas including CRM, Ads, Call Tracking, Forms, Email, Reputation (Reviews), Analytics, and AI-powered tools.
This is a hands-on product role. You’ll work directly with engineering, design, operations, support, leadership, and customers to understand problems, determine what we should build, write requirements, work through technical constraints, and help get features into production.
A major focus of this role will be connecting the advertising and customer lifecycle more closely.
That includes questions like:
How do we make it easier for businesses to generate leads through Google, Meta, Microsoft, and other advertising platforms?
Once those leads enter Marketing360, how do we help businesses understand which ones are worth pursuing?
How do we improve the process of managing leads and customers through the CRM?
How do we use conversion and lead-quality data to tell advertising platforms which leads became valuable customers and help them find more people like them?
How can AI make these workflows easier without adding unnecessary complexity?
You’ll also own and support several established products and third-party integrations. Some are built internally, while others rely heavily on vendors and APIs, so being comfortable working through technical and vendor constraints is important.
Own product direction and day-to-day product management across several Marketing360 applications.
Work closely with engineering and design from early discovery through development and release.
Turn business and customer problems into clear requirements and actionable development work.
Help shape the future of Marketing360's Ads and CRM products, including tighter connections between lead generation, lead management, conversion data, and advertising optimization.
Work with advertising data and integrations across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and other providers.
Own and improve CRM workflows involving leads, contacts, lead capture, qualification, and customer lifecycle management.
Work with APIs, webhooks, OAuth integrations, data pipelines, and third-party platforms. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable understanding how systems exchange data and discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers.
Define success metrics and use product and customer data to determine whether something actually improved the experience.
Work directly with Operations and Support to understand customer problems and prioritize bugs and improvements.
Manage vendor-dependent products where we don't control every part of the experience.
Help identify where AI and natural-language interfaces can simplify workflows or make existing Marketing360 data more useful.
QA your work when needed and stay involved through release rather than handing requirements to engineering and walking away.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or B2B2C SaaS.
Experience owning complex products through discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, particularly Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or Microsoft Advertising.
Strong understanding of the lead and customer lifecycle, including lead generation, CRM workflows, qualification, conversion, and retention.
Experience working with CRM products or other systems that manage leads and customer data.
Comfortable working directly with engineers and discussing APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical constraints.
Experience using product data and customer feedback to make decisions and measure results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable owning multiple related products and knowing when to go deep versus when to rely on subject-matter experts.
Experience building products that send conversion or first-party customer data back to advertising platforms for optimization.
Experience with marketing technology, advertising technology, or SMB SaaS.
Experience with AI-powered products, LLMs, natural-language interfaces, prompt design, or AI evaluation.
Experience with BigQuery, analytics platforms, or products built around large reporting datasets.
Experience managing products built partially on third-party or white-labeled platforms.
Familiarity with email marketing, social media management, reputation management, call tracking, or SEO products.
