Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to support daily office operations, support our marketplace platforms, and contribute to a positive work environment through exceptional customer service and administrative expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage company marketplace platforms.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Work with Database team on daily updates such as discounts, emails and entering new prospects or customers
- Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
