Personal Trainer (Experienced) – $40–$60/Hour + Bonuses

Pay: $40–$60 per hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses + membership commissions

CoreFIT 24/7 has been serving our community for over 13 years, and we're looking for an exceptional personal trainer to join our team. We're not looking for someone who simply counts reps—we're looking for someone who truly coaches, motivates, educates, and inspires people from all walks of life.
What You'll Do
- Design individualized training programs based on client goals and abilities.
- Train a wide variety of clients, from beginners to experienced athletes.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and accountability.
- Conduct complimentary fitness consultations and workouts.
- Help grow the business by promoting personal training and gym memberships.
- Deliver an outstanding experience that keeps clients engaged and achieving results.
Compensation & Opportunities
- $40–$60 per hour for personal training (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Performance bonuses
- Regular pay increases based on results and contribution
- $40 commission for every gym membership you sell
- Optional 10 hours per week at $15/hour working the front desk, making follow-up calls, scheduling consultations, and conducting complimentary workouts. This provides consistent income while you build your client base.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous personal training experience.
- Can demonstrate strong program design and exercise knowledge.
- Has experience working with clients of different ages, abilities, and goals.
- Can provide testimonials, references, or evidence of successful client results.
- Is outgoing, energetic, and genuinely enjoys talking with people.
- Has exceptional communication and people skills.
- Leads by example and maintains a fit, healthy lifestyle.
- Is dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
- Holds a nationally recognized personal training certification (preferred).
- Is CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain certification).
