Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Pull and review aging reports for past-due balances
- Manage and track the collections process by contacting customers with outstanding invoices
- Generate, send, and audit invoices for accuracy
- Reconcile customer payments to outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies
Expense Management
- Reconcile receipts submitted through expense management software with credit card statements; investigate variances
- Track and reconcile miscellaneous expense receipts
Office & Operations Support
- Oversee key office workflows and support day-to-day operational needs
- Process vendor payments and help maintain accurate payables records
- Assist with digital forms related to operations, account management, and internal workflows
- Support employee onboarding by organizing and processing required paperwork
- Support employee engagement and recognition efforts

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years in a similar position
