Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing primary care team.
We welcome applications from new graduates as well as experienced providers with three or more years of clinical experience. The selected candidate may work at either our Spring or The Woodlands office, based on experience, availability, and practice needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
- Perform physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and conduct clinical assessments.
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions.
- Manage conditions including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and infectious diseases.
- Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with applicable laws and practice protocols.
- Provide medication management, including psychopharmacology when appropriate and within the provider's scope of practice.
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
- Provide preventive care, health education, counseling, and lifestyle coaching.
- Educate patients and families about disease prevention, treatment, medications, and self-care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
- Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and patient-safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Master's degree from an accredited program, as applicable.
- Current national board certification as an NP or PA.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 3+ years of family medicine or primary care experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
