Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations, focusing on high-end sales and remodeling projects
- Conduct product demos and showcase features using technical tools to illustrate design concepts effectively
- Assist clients with layout design, lighting solutions, and fixture selections to enhance their spaces’ aesthetics and functionality
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, upselling premium products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Manage inside sales activities including POS transactions, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Collaborate with the team on merchandising strategies, stock management, and promotional marketing efforts to maximize sales opportunities
- Close deals efficiently by negotiating terms, addressing client concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the remodeling or renovation process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end products or remodeling projects
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of interior design principles preferible.
- Ability to handle inside sales tasks such as cashiering, stock management, customer relationship building, and upselling techniques
- Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a passion for customer service and a desire to grow within the interior design industry
