With continued project growth, they are seeking a seasoned Lead Structural Engineer/Project Manager who enjoys both hands-on design and leading project delivery.

Lead structural design efforts for building projects from early concepts through final construction documents.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with architects, contractors, owners, and internal engineering staff.

Oversee analysis and design of structural systems utilizing precast concrete

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and provide construction-phase support.

Prepare proposals, assist with scope development, and contribute to client relationship management.

Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and industry codes.

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).

8+ years of experience in structural design of diverse building structures, 4+ years in precast structures

Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or the ability to obtain reciprocity.

Proficiency with structural design and analysis software (e.g., RAM, RISA, STAAD, or similar).

Strong understanding of building codes and material design standards.

Demonstrated project management experience or strong interest in advancing into a lead role.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
