Must be available to work every Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite, friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Duties:
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
Uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
