Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance on products.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked with quality products
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash or card payments with precision
- Offer knowledgeable advice on product features, usage tips, and seasonal recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing stockroom areas, and conducting regular stock checks
- Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and ensuring product placement aligns with store standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and building lasting relationships
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking and merchandising tasks
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash accurately while maintaining professionalism during busy periods
