About the Role
We're building out a 4-person inventory team at our Kyle, TX warehouse. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role centered on counting physical inventory and accurately recording counts in spreadsheets. If you're organized, reliable, and take pride in getting the numbers right, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Count physical inventory accurately and consistently across the warehouse
- Record counts and inventory data in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Reconcile physical counts against system records and flag discrepancies
- Organize, label, and stage product to keep counts clean and accurate
- Communicate count progress and issues to the lead/supervisor
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills (entering data, navigating Excel/Google Sheets)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow processes and stay accurate under repetition
- Prior warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience is a plus (not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
