Responsibilities
- Safely transport appliances to customer locations using company-provided vehicles.
- Unload appliances and move them to the desired location within homes or businesses.
- Install appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all installed appliances are functioning properly and demonstrate operation to customers when needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions or concerns during delivery and installation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and customer interactions.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous appliance delivery and installation experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and maneuver heavy appliances.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools required for appliance installation.
