Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on residential and light commercial systems
- Ensure systems are operating according to specifications and local codes
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions
- Complete work orders and service documentation accurately and timely
- Keep company vehicle clean and stocked with necessary tools and supplies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred
- Gas License (preferred)
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
