Job Summary
We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to help maintain our guest rooms and common areas. Your work plays a direct role in guest satisfaction, and you’ll see the impact of your efforts every day.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas
- Change bedding; wash, dry, and fold linens and towels
- Clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, showers)
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and remove trash
- Restock toiletries and housekeeping supplies
- Transport linens between laundry, storage, and guest rooms
- Stage rooms for guest check-in
- Report maintenance or safety issues
- Keep outdoor and shared areas clean and presentable
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (1+ year required)
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, friendly attitude with guests
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Reliable transportation to Townsend, TN
