Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Guest Concierge (Receptionist/Scheduler) to support our personalized luxury OB/GYN practice. This front-facing role is essential to creating an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they arrive or call in.
The ideal candidate is warm, professional, highly organized, and eager to learn. While on-site training is provided, prior experience in scheduling, customer service, and healthcare administration is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally
- Schedule appointments in alignment with provider guidelines and availability
- Manage daily schedules regarding existing appointments and cancellations
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and confirmations
- Ensure all required patient forms are completed in advance
- Collect diagnosis codes from patient symptom checklists
- Verify insurance benefits online prior to appointments
- Provide timely, clear, and compassionate communication in person and over the phone
- Waiting room maintenance
- Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior experience in reception, scheduling, or customer service (preferably in healthcare)
- Lead/Management experience preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within an evolving, holistic healthcare setting
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes
