West Wind Supper Club is looking for Chefs!
We are on the hunt for aspiring cooks to join our hard-working team and help prepare meals and menu items according to our standard recipes.
Line Cook/Prep Cook Responsibility:

Assisting in the kitchen as a line cook, fry cook & prep cook.

Work in an upbeat and fast paced environment with a great team to excel your skills.

Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked for service.

Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by using techniques learned throughout training.

Assist in kitchen-clean-up and preparation of products for future shifts.

Ability to adapt to changing situations, and flexibility and willingness to learn new techniques and restaurant standards.

Adherence to West Wind core values.
Requirements:

General knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods and/or the ability to be thoroughly trained.

Effective communication and organizational skills.

Aptitude for multi-tasking.

Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team setting.
