We’re looking for a Technical Account Specialist to join our team. This role is the bridge between customers and engineering: helping customers find the right case for their build, collecting requirements for custom cases.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for technical sales and support inquiries
- Guide customers through case selection based on airflow, GPU/CPU fit, rack depth, and cooling requirements
- If no standard product fits, gather a requirements outline for engineering to design a custom solution
- Enter and manage customer orders (web, email, and POs)
- Answer pre-sales and post-sales questions via email, phone, chat, and other channels
- Prepare simple requirements documentation (not full CAD) for handoff to engineering
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing reliable, knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Familiarity with PC hardware components (motherboards, GPUs, cooling systems, PSUs, etc.)
- Experience building or troubleshooting PCs (personal or professional)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, order entry systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Able to lift 25+ lbs occasionally when assisting with case or system builds
Preferred
- Prior experience in technical customer support or sales support
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or system integration environments
- Interest in growing into a sales engineering or technical account manager role
