This role is essential in supporting our efforts in fraud prevention and detection through thorough surveillance and research. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a background in law enforcement, and the ability to compile comprehensive reports based on collected data.
Responsibilities
- Conduct covert surveillance to gather evidence related to fraud cases.
- Secure Statements
- Conduct accident Investigations
- Collect and analyze research data to identify patterns and discrepancies.
- Document findings meticulously through detailed report writing.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary for investigations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal standards throughout the investigation process.
- Utilize various surveillance technologies and techniques effectively.
- Prepare case files for potential legal proceedings or further investigation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in surveillance and SIU work
- Strong research skills with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention detection methods is highly desirable.
- Excellent report writing skills, demonstrating clarity and attention to detail.
- Background in law enforcement or completion of a relevant certificate program is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
