Job Overview
A well-established and respected company (over 30 years) in the wholesale products/personalization industry is seeking a detail-oriented individual with previous graphics or production experience to join our team. Good project management skills and precise attention to detail are critical in this position. Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment, meet daily deadlines, and wear multiple task “hats” as needed throughout the day to fulfill customer orders. Job duties would include assisting in organizing the engraving workflow (physical paperwork), adding colored backfill by hand to engraved orders, cleaning products after engraving/UV printing, and boxing the product prior to boxing/shipping. Some coordination with customers regarding engraving/UV printing proofs and product packing duties may be required as needed.
Experience Required
- Experience working in Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDraw applications is required.
- Experience working in any type of print operations, with a keen eye for color, would be helpful.
- Experience in organizing project workflow in a busy work production environment is desired.
- Skilled in working with your hands, either using hand tools, assembling products, and/or producing artwork (even as a hobby) is helpful.
- Seeking a creative and critical thinker that is also a team player.
- Must have excellent communication skills, including the possibility of collaborating directly with customers as needed.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience working in an ERP/CRM system is a plus.
