Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and emails, providing customer support, and directing inquires as needed.
- Processing customer orders and accounts receivable. Collaborate with team members to enhance office operations and improve customer service experience.
Experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) is essential. Strong front desk experience with a focus on customer service is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
