Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Surveillance Investigator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for conducting covert and overt surveillance operations, gathering critical data, and analyzing information to identify potential fraud, security breaches, or other suspicious activities. Your expertise in law report writing, and research will help safeguard our organization from risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute surveillance operations using various techniques and equipment to monitor individuals or locations of interest.
- Collect, document, and analyze data related to suspicious activities, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all reports.
- Conduct interviews and research to support investigations, gathering pertinent information from multiple sources.
- Write detailed incident reports, summaries, and case files that clearly outline findings and investigative steps taken.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, security teams, and internal departments to coordinate investigations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to legal standards and organizational policies.
- Assist in fraud prevention efforts by identifying patterns of suspicious behavior and recommending corrective actions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or investigative roles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in report writing, data collection, and research methodologies.
- Proven skills in surveillance techniques, including the use of cameras, tracking devices, or other investigative tools.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection strategies within various industries.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a state gaming license from the Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC).
- Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, evenings and after 12 midnight shifts.
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
