PM Industrial Supply is a third-generation industrial distributor that has been serving manufacturers since 1956. We are excited to be opening a new warehouse in Vista to better serve customers throughout San Diego County and are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support our new Vista warehouse. This position combines local deliveries with warehouse responsibilities and basic customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys a variety of work, takes pride in providing excellent service, and is comfortable working independently in a small team environment.
While delivery driving is the primary responsibility, the successful candidate will also assist with warehouse operations and will be trained to perform value-added services such as vendor managed inventory (VMI) replenishment and other services as needed.
Responsibilities
- Make local deliveries throughout San Diego and surrounding areas.
- Load, unload, and safely transport customer orders.
- Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with inventory organization and cycle counting.
- Perform basic vendor managed inventory (VMI) replenishment at customer locations.
- Represent PM Industrial professionally while interacting with customers.
- Support other warehouse and operational duties as needed.
- Support the growth of our new Vista branch by assisting with customer outreach activities, such as visiting local customers, delivering company literature and promotional materials, and helping strengthen customer relationships as needed.
Qualifications
- Warehouse experience required.
- Delivery driving experience preferred.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Mechanical aptitude or industrial experience is a plus.

Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, logistics, machine shop supplies, or field service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong attitude and willingness to learn.
