Administrative Customer Service Representative (CSR) – New Construction Department

Arrow Termite & Pest Control is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our New Construction Department. This position plays a critical role in coordinating and scheduling pretreat services for new construction projects while serving as a primary point of contact for builders and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule termite pretreat services for new construction properties.
- Communicate regularly with builders, contractors, and field personnel regarding scheduling needs and service updates.
- Coordinate technician routes and daily workloads.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer and job records.
- Process work orders and related documentation.
- Monitor schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet customer expectations and operational demands.
- Assist with general administrative duties and departmental projects.
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of heavy administrative experience in an office environment.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Scheduling, dispatching, or routing experience.
- Experience working with builders, contractors, construction companies, or service industries.
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer service roles is highly desirable.
