Qualifications: Appropriate Massachusetts DESE CertificationQualified applicants will hold a bachelor's degree and have a background in elementary educationRoles and Responsibilities: Collaborates with the Curriculum Director and Literacy Specialist team district wide to support curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Collaborates with teachers and other school personnel to develop strategies and interventions to help all students succeed. Upholds high learning expectations for all students and supports general education and special education teachers in implementing research-based and culturally responsive instructional practices to support the success of all students. Supports the development, administration, and analysis of assessments to determine a students skills and identify areas of intervention or enrichment.
Supports differentiated instruction based on assessment data, including the documentation of interventions and progress monitoring. Provides small group instruction through the Workshop Model and supports intervention cycles for students who need additional support or enrichment.This is a Title I grant funded position for the 2026-2027 school year.
