Parts Manager — Ford Dealership | Mobridge, SD | Monday–Friday, No Weekends
Beadle's Sales, a family-owned Ford dealership in Mobridge, is looking for a Parts Manager to run our parts department. This is a Monday–Friday position with weekends off, great pay, and a solid benefits package — a rare combination in the automotive industry.
You'll be the go-to person for everything parts: keeping the counter running, supporting our service technicians, and making sure customers and the shop get what they need, when they need it.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Order, receive, stock, and track parts inventory
- Look up and sell parts at the counter and over the phone
- Support service technicians with fast, accurate parts sourcing
- Process returns, cores, and warranty parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and pricing
- Build relationships with wholesale and retail parts customers
What We're Looking For
- Parts, automotive, or inventory experience preferred — but not required. If you're organized, dependable, and willing to learn, we'll train you
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers and learning parts catalog/inventory software
- Friendly, helpful attitude with customers and coworkers
- Valid driver's license
