Caregiver (Non-Medical) - Flexible Schedules | Birmingham, AL.
Location: Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Pelham, Alabaster, Center Point, Irondale & surrounding areas.
Pay: $14.00–$15.00+/hour (based on case type).

About the Role:
We provide one-on-one, non-medical home care services that allow seniors and adults to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is relationship-based care — not facility work.
Key Responsibilities:

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support).

Companionship and emotional support.
-
Meal preparation and light housekeeping related to client care.

Errands and transportation (as needed).
Documentation and communication with the care team.

This is a non-medical caregiving position. No clinical procedures or skilled nursing tasks are required unless separately licensed and authorized.

Qualifications:

18+ with high school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience).

Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Birmingham Metro.

Valid Drivers License and Insurance.

Ability to pass background screening.

Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation.
Physically able to assist with mobility and stand/walk for extended periods.
