CommuniCare is seeking a passionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) behavioral health leader to support and uplift Latino communities through culturally responsive care. This is a unique opportunity to blend clinical expertise, community outreach, and leadership to improve mental health access and outcomes for communities.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Care & Community Impact

Provide comprehensive behavioral health services including psychiatric evaluations, and individual, group, and family therapy

Deliver flexible, community-based care tailored to meet clients where they are

Collaborate with partner sites to ensure culturally responsive care and help bridge gaps between families, agencies, and community resources

Serve as a cultural and clinical bridge for monolingual Spanish-speaking clients
Program Development & Leadership

Help shape and enhance culturally responsive behavioral health programming

Collaborate with clinical leadership to define workflows, performance measures, and service delivery strategies

Supervise and mentor a Bilingual Community Health Worker, supporting outreach and behavioral health education efforts
Care Coordination & Documentation

Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and clinical records

Ensure timely documentation, assessments, and re-authorizations

Actively participate in integrated care planning and multidisciplinary collaboration

LCSW and minimum of two years related experience serving individuals with Prolonged Mental Illness.
At least one year of experience working with culturally diverse populations.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
