A growing site development contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on heavy civil projects. This role is ideal for a strong field leader with experience in site development, earthwork, grading, and underground utilities.

Oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials

Manage site development activities including grading, earthwork, and utility installation

Maintain project schedules and communicate with project management teams

Read and interpret plans and specifications

Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance

3+ years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in heavy civil construction

Strong background in site development, earthwork, grading, and underground utilities

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications

Proven leadership and crew management experience

OSHA certification preferred
