THE COMPANY
Studio Pilates International offers everything you want in a workout, and nothing you'd expect. Our intense, 40-minute reformer Pilates workouts are designed to transform the entire body. Combining innovative technology, personal attention, great music, and a luxe vibe. The franchise is gaining momentum in the U.S., and we recently opened Studio Pilates in Downtown Superior!
THE ROLE
As a Sales & Front Desk Associate you will work 15-20 hours a week on either the Morning Shift (6am-11am) or Evening Shift (4pm-7pm/8pm).
- Be passionate about Pilates
- Spearhead and drive studio sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
- Effectively influence through connection, passion and charisma
- Turn a lead into a sale
- With the Studio Owner, drive lead generation activities and build brand awareness within the local community
- Be pro-active and have a passion for helping people and build strong relationships
- Make every client that walks through the door feel special and help motivate them for their workout
- Ensure the studio maintains a welcoming manner and is tidy at all times—some vacuuming and light cleaning per shift
- Attend team professional development sessions, social events, and gatherings
- Wearing the Studio Pilates uniform according to uniform guidelines
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will:
- Welcome clients and visitors into studio with a positive, friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails and message promptly and professionally
- Assist new clients with class scheduling, merchandise purchases and account setup
- Track and manage class attendance and waitlists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and studio
- Communicate effectively with instructors and management about client needs or issues
- Promote studio events
- Help capture & create Social Media content (Facebook, Instagram - Reels, posts, stories)
The expected hours of work are: 15-20 hrs per week (3+ shifts weekly)

The perfect candidate for this role will:
- Have a genuine passion for sales (particularly phone sales)
- Enjoy working autonomously
- Have a natural ability to connect with potential / existing clients and share your love for pilates
- Have previous customer service & sales experience
- Have previous experience working with sales targets
- Be pro-active, energetic and have the ability to multi-taskThis is a very busy and fast-paced role that requires you to be organized, have great interpersonal skills and have the ability to think on your feet. A large component of this role is phone sales and autonomously managing the sales workload.
