Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting dining areas
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments with precision
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 5– 10hour shift
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of sake, wine, or Japanese cuisine is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
