What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality components by operating and maintaining a variety of CNC equipment.
- Operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and secondary equipment
- Perform efficient set‑ups and changeovers
- Complete daily warm‑ups and shutdowns
- Monitor machine runs to ensure consistent, accurate output
- Load raw materials and finished parts into semi‑automated machines
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Identify and report quality or machine issues
- Manage multiple machines within a production cell
- Support teammates and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Utilize programming knowledge (OKUMA OSP required; FANUC/G‑code familiarity a plus)
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- 1+ years of CNC experience, including some set‑up experience
- Strong math skills, reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods
- Mechanically inclined; interest in the automotive machining industry is a plus
- Motivated learners with mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply training is available
Schedule & Requirements
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
- Status: Full‑time
- Must follow all safety procedures
- Must pass a drug screen and background check, if requested
