Veterinary practice seeking a kennel technician with previous experience to join our team. We are a single veterinarian, privately owned practice that allows for cross-training in other roles inside the clinic. Giving kennel technicians the opportunity to explore other roles in the field of veterinary medicine, such as veterinary assistant and front staff tasks. The position primarily is assisting the kennel manager with daily operations of the boarding facility. These include caring for the boarders, maintaining a sanitary environment and scheduling boarding reservations. Other duties include assisting when needed inside the exam room, and scheduling routine appointments. This list is not completely inclusive and other tasks may be asked of you depending on different days to day circumstances. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. Weekends and holidays are rotated and required.
