We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join and grow with our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for a multi-doctor office.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Provide support to dental staff as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer support role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and staff.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
