Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures on all surfaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets through professional carpet cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio cleaning, outdoor surface maintenance, and trash removal when required.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care—including tile, hardwood, and carpet—and sanitation standards is essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper disposal procedures ensures safe practices.
