Restaurant Manager - Full Service, High Volume
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced, hands-on, and passionate General Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Parrish, Florida. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations while creating an exceptional experience for guests and building a strong, high-performing team.
The ideal candidate is a proven restaurant leader with strong operational knowledge, financial acumen, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, leading from the floor, developing team members, and driving sales and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Create an exceptional guest experience through outstanding hospitality and service.
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor costs to support business needs.
- Monitor and manage food, beverage, and operating costs.
- Review financial performance and take action to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
- Coach and develop managers and team members to strengthen leadership throughout the restaurant.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and food safety requirements.
- Work closely with ownership and senior leadership to implement company initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Be visible and engaged in the restaurant, leading from the floor during peak business periods.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience in a full-service, casual dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&L management, food cost, labor cost, inventory, and scheduling.
- Proven ability to build, lead, coach, and retain successful teams.
- Strong guest service and hospitality skills.
- Experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations is preferred.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make sound business decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain certification.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
