Position Details
- Position: Client Services Representative – Outreach
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Driving Required: Yes
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face outreach and educational presentations for individuals and community groups.
- Educate beneficiaries on available healthcare plan options and assist them in selecting plans that best meet their needs.
- Guide individuals through enrollment and disenrollment processes.
- Answer questions regarding medical exemptions, waivers, and enrollment status.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with county staff, community organizations, and program partners.
- Represent the program at community events, outreach activities, and health fairs.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed documentation within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Submit enrollment and disenrollment information according to established procedures.
- Support the onboarding and training of new outreach staff when needed.
- Review internal knowledge base content and recommend updates to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and attention to detail.
- Identify procedural or quality concerns and communicate them promptly to management.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Travel to assigned office locations and community sites as directed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with diverse populations in community outreach, healthcare, social services, or customer service preferred.
- Comfortable conducting presentations for both individuals and groups.
- Strong computer and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to assigned locations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
