Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist (Seasonal)
Pay: $12.00–$21.00 per hour
Compensation: Production-based pay. Earn between $12.00 and $21.00 per hour based on your productivity (units picked per hour).
Job Type: Seasonal/Temporary (Mid-August through Mid-December)
Location: Walterboro, SC (On-site)
Pay Schedule: Paid Weekly – Every Friday!
About the Position
Join our warehouse team during our busy holiday season! We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.
No warehouse experience? We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders using an automated computer system.
- Scan products into totes using handheld scanners.
- Verify order accuracy using a finger scanner.
- Pack products securely for shipment.
- Apply shipping and packing labels.
- Place completed orders on the outbound conveyor.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Assist supervisors and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8-hour shifts.
- Ability to work at a quick, consistent pace while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to meet or exceed the minimum production goal of 100 picks per hour.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages throughout the workday.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
Performance Expectations
Successful Order Fulfillment Specialists consistently:
- Meet or exceed the minimum production standard of 100 picks per hour.
- Maintain high levels of order accuracy.
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Schedule
First Shift
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
- 45-minute unpaid lunch
Saturday (as scheduled)
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs. Employees are typically notified one week in advance. Hours would shift to 8:00 AM- 7:00 PM when overtime is required.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to Walterboro, SC.
- Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work.
- Ability to work on-site.
