Wink, TX: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Journeyman Electricians for a long-term data center construction project in Wink, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed journeyman electricians looking for consistent overtime on a large-scale project. The position offers $36.00/hour, $175/day per diem, and 60-75 hours per week, working 6-7 days per week.
Essential Duties:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on a data center construction project.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
- Install conduit, cable trays, wiring, panels, switchgear, and electrical equipment.
- Perform electrical terminations and ensure all work meets NEC and project specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all OSHA and site safety requirements.
- Work effectively with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
Requirements/Skills:
- Active Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must provide your own hand tools.
- Must have required PPE, including hard hat and gloves.
- Ability to work 60-75 hours per week, including weekends as needed.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safe electrical work practices.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work on a long-term project.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions and active construction environments.
- Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workday.
