We’re a fast-growing outlet store selling furniture, appliances, flooring, and home essentials at steep discounts. We recently opened our Fort Collins location and are looking for a part-time team member to help us continue growing.
This position requires Sunday availability. Friday shifts are also available but optional. You can work Sundays only or both Fridays and Sundays. There is room to add more hours and potentially move into a full-time position as the store grows.
The Role:
This is a true do-it-all position. Some days you’ll spend most of your time on the sales floor helping customers. Other days you’ll be in the back receiving shipments and building furniture. You need to be comfortable switching between both.
Customer-Facing (Primary Focus):
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in both English and Spanish
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Help customers make confident purchase decisions
- Provide a positive, professional in-store experience
Warehouse & Operations:
- Unload trucks, receive shipments, and organize inventory
- Build, clean, and stage furniture for display or pickup
- Keep the sales floor and back-of-house organized
- Take basic product photos
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Available to work Sundays
- Friday availability is optional but appreciated
- Comfortable speaking with new people and helping customers
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Able to lift and move furniture regularly (50+ lbs.)
- A quick learner who takes initiative and can work independently
- Retail, sales, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

No prior experience? No problem. We provide training and support to help you grow.
This position will begin part-time, with Sundays required and optional Friday shifts available. As our Fort Collins location grows, there will be opportunities for additional hours and the possibility of moving into a full-time role.
