Primary Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of commercial roofing systems.
- Identify all major roof system types, membranes, insulation, flashings, drainage components, and accessories.
- Evaluate roof conditions and identify deficiencies, damage, deterioration, and maintenance needs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and asset management assessments.
- Photograph and document inspection findings using tablets and digital reporting software.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and professional inspection reports.
- Communicate findings effectively with project managers and clients.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements while working on roofs.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
