- Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Support menu planning efforts by preparing diverse dishes that meet dietary requirements and presentation standards
- Assist with food production for high-volume service periods while adhering to recipe adherence and portion control guidelines
- Handle food with care during preparation and service to uphold quality and hygiene standards

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food handling, food preparation, or a culinary setting is preferred; dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus

- Experience with high-volume production environments or catering is advantageous
