Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to discuss available health insurance options
- Answer client questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate client information and follow-up communications
- Work alongside leadership to achieve individual and team goals
