This contract opportunity allows you to help foster student success while working closely with educators, families, and support staff.
This position offers a unique schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m., providing you with regular hours and a predictable routine. You'll provide services at two distinct sites—one at a vibrant middle school with 123 students utilizing IEPs, and one at a welcoming elementary school supporting 102 students with IEPs. Each psychologist will focus on a single location, tailoring services to the needs of their assigned student population.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid licensing and credentials as a School Psychologist
- Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in an academic setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and deliver individualized psychological services
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Provide consultation and strategies for student academic and social-emotional growth
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
- Offer crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed
