Overview
Join our team as a Rainwater System Install Lead and take charge of an install crew building rainwater collection systems across the Hill Country, Texas. A lead installer / crew lead will lead a team to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality installation processes that promote long lasting water supply and management solutions. Rainwater systems experience a plus, but not required.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate the installation of rainwater harvesting systems using system designs, including building rainwater storage tanks and pads, trenching and connecting conveyance from gutters to tank, and installing pumps and filtration units.
- Supervise and guide installers to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Perform quality inspections during and after installation to guarantee system functionality and durability.
- Work with project managers, clients, and suppliers to schedule work and procure necessary materials.
- Troubleshoot system issues during installation and provide technical guidance to team members.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, plumbing, electrical or similar trades field.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in technical tasks.
- Ability to read system designs, technical diagrams, and site plans accurately.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel between job sites as needed.
