Polyurethane Machinery Corporation (PMC), a leader in the spray foam equipment industry, is excited to announce the search for a Sales Account Manager to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven candidate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and account management skills, with a passion for OEM (original equipment manufacturer) sales. You will play a crucial role in analyzing client needs, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Conduct warm calls to potential distributors to introduce our products and services.
- Analyze client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Utilize a CRM to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on products or services.
Experience
- Proven experience in an industrial machinery sales, account management, or management role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and sales data.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in business development is highly desirable, showcasing an ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
