Position Overview
We are hiring Temporary Laborers to support short‑term and project‑based moving and labor‑only assignments. This role involves assisting with lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and general physical tasks on‑site. Temporary laborers will meet at assigned job locations and work directly with drivers and crew members to complete each project efficiently and professionally.
Ideal Candidate
This role is well‑suited for individuals who are disciplined, reliable, and comfortable with physical work. Candidates such as bootcamp graduates, high school graduates, former athletes, or anyone accustomed to structured, hands‑on environments often excel in temporary labor positions.
Age and athleticism are not requirements, but these traits frequently align with the demands of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lifting, carrying, and moving items 50 lbs or more
- Support loading and unloading tasks
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer interactions
- Follow company procedures and leadership direction
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Temporary workers must have reliable transportation to job sites
