Role Summary
Greenbaum Stiers is hiring a sales professional to generate new revenue and build a book of recurring business for the agency.
This is a sales-focused role with uncapped continual earning potential. You will be responsible for prospecting, building a pipeline, closing new B2B deals, and growing accounts over time.
This is not an account management role. Success is measured by revenue generation and pipeline ownership.
Compensation
- Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 plus uncapped commission
- First-year on-target earnings (OTE) typically $75,000–$80,000 with upward growth every year possible
Compensation is directly tied to performance and revenue generated.
What You Will Do
- Generate new business and drive agency revenue
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Prospect through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals
- Lead discovery calls and present marketing strategy
- Close new business and grow accounts

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and lead generation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of GA4, CallRail, AgencyAnalytics, ClickUp, SEMrush, and similar tools
Travel & Networking Expectations
- Approximately 10–15% travel annually
- Active participation in networking and business development is expected
- Some events may occur outside standard business hours
